COMMUNITY IMPACT

MASTER ELECTRONICS IS ABOUT MORE THAN PARTS.

We are grateful for the communities where we work and live, and we’re constantly seeking out opportunities to give back. We offer countless ways for our superheroes to get involved, including our volunteer paid time off, charitable contribution matching, monthly Awareness Days, and other local and national outreach programs.

3 for 1 Matching Program

The Ike Nizam Foundation wants to support charitable causes that are important to the Master, Waldom, and Concord team members. With this in mind, the foundation is announcing the opportunity of a 3-for-1 match for your donations up to $750.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Ike Nizam Foundation is dedicated to the educational advancement of the younger generation of America and has created a Scholarship Program to support this mission. The Scholarship Program is available to the children of employees of Master Electronics. The purpose of the program is to provide scholarships to graduating seniors or students currently continuing their education post-high school. With this program, our vision is to empower the youth with need-based education resources that will set them up for success in the future.

Employee resource groups

WE INVITE YOU TO BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF AT WORK. WE VALUE UNIQUE PERSPECTIVES AND TALENTS OF #TEAMMASTER.

Our superheroes and their unique superpowers not only help serve our customers, suppliers, and communities but also drive our diverse culture. We welcome everyone to join our Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) to help learn new ways to use their superpowers and celebrate them as a family.

Employee Resource Groups at Master Electronics are led by employees and provide a safe space for them to share experiences, support one another and spread awareness. Employees also have the opportunity to gain leadership skills, meet and collaborate with other employees in various departments and contribute to recruiting efforts by extending the pipeline in seeking qualified diverse candidates.
