Analyze the company's current product offerings and operating procedures to determine the success and shortcomings of the company's marketing strategies and products. Evaluate performance metrics for implementation efficiency and productivity. Meet directly with customers to understand business requirements, user needs, and issues with existing electronic products. Provide recommendations for product improvements, discontinuations, and new product introduction based on market research studies. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on product performance, market trends, and market effectiveness to senior management. Meet with customers and technology stakeholders to gauge satisfaction with new features. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry trends, products, and technological advancements in the electronics components/ distribution industry.

Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel), MERP, Power BI, and Zoom. The position requires incidental travel, 1% of the time, not more than several days a few times a year throughout the U.S.
